This website is operated by Michael Susko, trading as mikesusko.com ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in England. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are: Michael Susko, sole trader, t/a mikesusko.com · [your address] · shop@mikesusko.com.

Products. All products are made to order. We've tried to display colours and designs accurately, but screens vary and slight variation in print, colour, and placement is normal and not a fault. Sizes follow the guide on each product page.

Prices & payment. Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout; your order becomes a binding contract once we confirm it by email.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred); if we cancel a paid order we'll refund you in full.

Returns & shipping are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, images, and text on this site are owned by Michael Susko or, for the Made With Maths tessellation designs, their respective creators, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Our products are supplied for private, domestic use.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not remove any statutory protection you have as a consumer.
